With its stunning twin tower design and iconic position on the edge of water and Broadwater Parklands, Marine Quarter is part of the changing face of Southport.

Buildmedia created a Realspace solution that highlighted the apartment’s natural light, open-plan layouts and expansive views overlooking the Marine Parade.

We equipped Buildcap with a Realspace touchscreen solution that included:

• 60 high resolution interior renders
• 2x Interactive interior walkthroughs
• 2x 60-second videos
• An Interactive exterior model
• 2x online 360° tours of their showcase apartments 

Buildmedia used this project as a testbed for our new interactive exterior renders. We are developing CRM integration to allow for live pricing updates and ‘sold’ & ‘under negotiation’ graphics. Full integration of sales CRMs into interactive presentations will help marketing and sell off the plan property even faster.
